Early Registration Fee is $475.00 for payments received by Wednesday, April 29, 2020 (Extended). Late Registration Fee is $520.00 for payments received after Wednesday, April 29, 2020. Registrations received after the early registration deadline will be considered late.

Registration includes access to the full one-day seminar, continental breakfast, two refreshment breaks, networking luncheon, networking reception, and electronic comprehensive course materials.
